ADDITIONAL SPRING SEASON INFORMATION

Evaluations

  • 8U: players will not need to attend evaluations and will be placed on teams based on, among other things, the schools they attend.  Our objective is to have equally balanced teams.
  • Player evaluations will be held for 10U, 12U, and 14U boys.
  • Our goal is to ensure each player is placed on a team that best matches their skill set and will allow them to grow and develop with players of a similar level.
  • The evaluation committee consists of independent evaluators and RVLC coaches.

“A" Team Versus “B" Team

  • “A” teams require a full time commitment for practices and games over other spring sports and activities.
  • “B” Teams provide a little more flexibility to accommodate other sports or weekend conflicts (playing time is at coaches discretion if attendance is an issue).
